Culture North East works with partners and stakeholders in the region to develop, and further an understanding of, the culture and creativity of the North East of England.

The cultural sector produces a range of documents and papers that inform, and contribute to, the development of strategy, policy and debate, about the cultural life of the North East. To keep partners and other stakeholders informed of this work and of events taking place that impact culture in the North East Culture North East produces a monthly bulletin. This bulletin not only highlights recent research findings but also provides a vital overview of the policy context that frames and influences research in the region.
